Badge Information and Registration
All exhibitor representatives are required to wear badges while in the exhibit area. Exhibitors will be allowed four complimentary badges per booth (two complimentary badges per employer booth); these badges may be “swapped” among representatives as long as the exhibitor notifies the staff at the Exhibitors’ Registration Desk of the changes. Any additional representatives must pay the nonmember (or member when applicable) convention registration fee.
Each exhibitor is encouraged to register representatives in advance. Exhibitors will be able to register their representatives online in advance of the meeting beginning in April 2015 as well as onsite during the APA convention. Representatives registering on site must register at the Exhibitors’ Registration Desk. The Exhibitors’ Registration Desk will be located in the APA Conference Registration Area located in Halls D & E of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The desk will be open from 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, until 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9.
On Sunday, Aug. 9, the exhibit area will be open to exhibitors’ invited guests and authors. A limit of five guest passes per booth on Sunday, Aug. 9, may be obtained by exhibitors from the Exhibitors’ Registration Desk. Exhibitor guest passes are valid only for distribution to exhibitors’ guests. The exhibitor’s guest must show a driver’s license and turn in a major credit card. Their major credit card will only be returned when the exhibitor guest badge issued is returned. Any exhibitor guest badge not returned, their corresponding credit card will be charged the nonmember registration fee. Exhibitors with guests attending on any other day (other than Sunday) will have to use one of their allotted complimentary registrations for the visitor or pay the registration fee.
Exhibitor & badge registration opens April 15
